Brilla generates promotional content for your business. You describe what you want to promote. Brilla creates a flyer image, a WhatsApp message, and a social media caption. You share them however you want.

You don't need an email or password to use Brilla. Your device identifies your account. If you switch devices, you start fresh. Your business name, phone number, email, logo, and business type are stored with your account so they appear on your flyers.

You own the promotional content Brilla generates for you. The flyer images, WhatsApp messages, and social media captions are yours to use, share, edit, and distribute however you want for your business.

Brilla, the Brilla name, the Brilla "B" mark, the templates, the app interface, and the underlying technology belong to NectarApp LLC. You can't copy, resell, or redistribute the app itself.

Free accounts get up to 15 creations on your first day, then 5 creations per day after that. Free-tier flyers include a small "Hecho con Brilla" credit line. Free-tier WhatsApp messages include a Brilla mention at the end.

Brilla Pro ($7/month) gives you unlimited creations with no credit line or Brilla mention. You can cancel anytime. When you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of your billing period, then you return to the free tier.

Brilla Pack ($3 for 20 creations) gives you 20 creations with no credit line or Brilla mention. Packs expire 30 days after purchase. Unused creations are not refunded.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your payment card information.

Brilla uses artificial intelligence to generate text for your flyers and messages. The AI produces original text based on your description. We do not guarantee that the AI output is accurate, complete, or appropriate for every situation. Review your flyers before sharing them.

Brilla does not provide legal, financial, medical, or tax advice. Do not use Brilla to create content that gives advice in any of these areas.

When you upload photos or a logo, they are stored on our servers to display on your flyers. We do not share your photos or logo with third parties. We strip location data and other metadata from uploaded images for your privacy.

We don't sell your data. We don't share your information with advertisers. We don't track you across the web. We don't store what you type after your flyer is generated. We don't show ads.

Don't use Brilla to create content that is illegal, fraudulent, harassing, threatening, or that infringes on someone else's rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Brilla is provided without warranties. We do our best to keep the app running and the output looking professional, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime or perfect results every time. We are not responsible for any damages that result from using the app.

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll update the date at the top. If you keep using Brilla after a change, you accept the new terms.
